The Kitchen is fully fitted with two built in electric fan ovens (one single, one double oven/grill), induction hob, microwave oven, a large larder fridge, double sink and drainers, separate hand wash basin and a 30 cup capacity hot water dispenser.
There are domestic size saucepans, kettles, large teapots, plus assorted crockery and cutlery to serve approximately 120 people.
There are serving hatches to the Meeting Room and Lounge, plus a door to the Lounge bar area. Its position makes the Kitchen ideal for managing the catering for functions in all areas of the hall.
Use of the Kitchen is automatically included in the hire of other rooms. If there are multiple users, then the Kitchen must be shared.
