Guidelines of equipment and facilities provided free of charge for Hirers shown below. Please note that some quantities are approximate and that facilities may need to be shared if there is more than one event at a time.

110 stacking chairs in VH Store Rooms 1 and 2

100 stacking chairs in Main Hall left hand store

20 large, 7 medium, 5 small folding tables in VH Store Room 1

9 padded chairs in Foyer

24 rainbow chairs and 6 tables in Lounge

100 stacking chairs in Pavilion

6 large 7 small folding tables in Pavilion

Kitchen Facilities Village Hall

Fridge freezer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, tea urn, water heaters with instructions

Kettles, coffee pots, teapots, jugs, trays, tea towels, various pans

Plates 100 large, 120 small, 70 Dishes

Mugs 50, Cups and Saucers 100

Glasses: 20 pints, 120 wine, 40 small hi-ball, 12 kids beakers 

Cutlery: large selection of knives, forks, spoons, sharp knives and serving spoons
