Please note:
| Rates are for sessions of up to 4 hours, longer bookings are charged at the pro rata hourly rate for the room(s) involved. |
| Room hire includes use of all communal facilities on a shared basis with other Hirers if necessary. |
| Deposits: a minimum deposit of £100 (for residents in the CB22 6xx postcode reduced to £50) is required for one off events, refundable less any cleaning costs or damage. |
| Large Parties for non Foxton residents may be considered depending on scale and nature of the event circumstances, prices on application. |
| Bookings for Wakes, Weddings and Pre-Wedding Parties will be considered only for Foxton residents (CB22 6xx). |
| Weddings are charged as 5 sessions to allow for set up and room dressing. |
| For large block bookings involving multiple rooms and days, pricing is at the discretion of VH Trustees – contact manager@foxtonvillagehallcambs.org |
All bookings are made on the basis of acceptance of our standard Terms & Conditions of Hire and Letting Policy.
